Good business practices and an awareness of the risk factors that contribute to claims are the essential ingredients of a successful professional liability program. Therefore, loss prevention and risk management educational resources are the cornerstone of the ADI agenda. ADI is dedicated to providing high-quality loss prevention and risk management services to all of our client’s insureds. Our carefully selected agencies are specialists in the A/E/E field and can provide timely risk management advice and services.

Programs Available:

Our first three programs are entitled "Limitations of Liability," "Indemnity and Defense," and “Design Build.” They are currently available to ADI brokers on an exclusive basis. These presentations are on a CD ROM format and include outlines, discussion topics, a PowerPoint program, and a short quiz to assist in post-program discussion and assessment.

Continuing Education Credits:

ADI's loss prevention and risk management education programs have been certified to earn valuable continuing education credits at no cost. That can represent substantial savings for firms compared to for-fee education programs. The material presented in "Limitations of Liability," "Indemnity and Defense" and “Design Build” has been reviewed by licensing boards on the state and national levels. They have been certified for continuing education credits for both architects and engineers. Your broker can provide Certificates of Completion for your staff.

Premium Credits:

Equally important the firm's participation in these programs will qualify ADI policyholders for up to a 10% credit on their renewal premium. Additional premium credits can be earned for other educational and business practice endeavors, if deemed appropriate by the underwriting staff at ADI.
