Arrowhead's marketing reps are getting ready to kick off the 2012 trade show season, but this first one will be different from the traditional convention held at a hotel or conference center. • Enter the policy number or insured’s last name to pull up the policy information
• From the Policy Inquiry screen, click on Make Policy Change 
• Complete the information that needs to be corrected and click next. (Please note if you are changing the mailing address and the mailing and billing address are the same, you will need to select yes for both).

California's Proposition 17 has been a hot topic in the insurance industry for quite some time and it looks like it will be on all California ballots in November. This initiative will allow insurance companies to provide a persistency discount to drivers who have been continuously insured, regardless of where they have held insurance. On the other hand, if this proposition passes, it also enables insurance companies to surcharge drivers who have had a lapse in coverage for any reason.

Supporters for the proposition, state that drivers who maintain continuous coverage should be allowed to change companies for better rates and still be given the persistency discount.

To all our Workers' Compensation producers out there who have received an error message when trying to make an online payment for an insured via  ArrowheadExchange.com, we have the solution. 

The error message is: "Invalid MSR Policy Number. Please enter a valid MSR Policy Number."

Even when the policy number is entered correctly, please note our system will not recognize and produce a monthly report unless both the policy and physical location Zip Code match. To ensure ease of business when processing payments, please make note of this and share this with your policyholders.
