There is no binding authority for this program. Applications are submitted online via Arrowhead Exchange and confirmations are e-mailed to producer within 24 hours.
- Who are the competitors for this program?
The California Earthquake Authority is the largest writer of monoline earthquake policies. St. Paul Insurance Company owns two carriers, Pacific Select and GeoVera are Arrowhead's main competition.
- What applications are required for new business?
Applications are submitted online via Arrowhead Exchange. Producers are required to provide an electronic signature prior to submitting a new business application on Arrowhead Exchange.
- What are the payment plans?
There are two payment options, one pay and three pay. If three pay is selected, installments are due approximately 30 days apart. There is a $5 installment charge for the second and third installments.
- Is a down payment required with the application?
No. The policy and premium invoice are mailed directly to the Insured when the policy is issued.
- What forms of payment are acceptable?
Insureds may pay by personal check or credit card. Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted on ArrowheadExchange.com.
