Underwriting Guidelines

Submissions require completed applications and all required supporting documentation. If possible, please E-mail the documents to your clients for completion.

Contract Bonds

• Bonds under $200,000: Use the Rapid Contract Bond Application
• Bonds over $200,000 but under $500,000: Use the Small Contractor Submission Checklist and provide a Contractors Questionnaire
• Bonds over $500,000: Use the Contractor Submission Checklist and forms in the Contract Bond
