Overview:

The Sr. Licensing Coordinator is responsible for TPA, RPG, and MGA license reporting including renewals for multiple entities within National Programs.  The ideal candidate will provide support relative to the handling of various licensing and support needs of their fellow teammates and the organization overall.

Job Duties:

  • Work with Finance to prepare and submit TPA, RPG, and MGA license reports and renewals by deadlines.
  • Responsible for maintaning insurance licenses for various entities as well as teammates.
  • Works with management to prioritize workload and ensure deadlines are met.  Find creative and practical solutions to problems as various issues arise.
  • Research projects assigned as needed.
  • Potential travel to licensing related conferences
  • Other projects and duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum high school diploma or general education degree (GED); and with a minimum of two years insurance industry experience preferably working in a licensing and reporting capacity.
  • Ability to independently make decisions and creatively problem-solve.
  • Ability to prioritize and coordinate workflow.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Respond to changing situations in a flexible manner in order to meet current needs.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at one time with minimal error.
  • SILA-Associate level licensing training courses are recommended
  • INS classes would be a plus, but not required for the position
