Michael has spent a combined 16 years at Arrowhead serving in various operational and leadership roles. He currently serves as president of Bellingham Underwriters, where he and his team build and manage profitable programs in the transportation and forestry industries.

With more than 20 years in the insurance industry, Michael started his career at GEICO, then spent seven years in Cap Gemini’s Insurance Practice. While at Cap Gemini he consulted for several insurance companies including Allianz, Allstate, Aon, CNA, Farmers and State Farm.
