Arrowhead’s Personal Property Program has provided residential property coverage since 1995. Strong emphasis is continuously placed on long-term agency and carrier relationships paired with underwriting integrity and discipline. This non-admitted E&S Homeowners coverage is available in California.
Coverage Highlights
HO3, Stand-Alone DP3 & HO6
- Coverage A up to $2,000,000: HO3 & DP3
- Coverage A and C up to $500,000 each: HO6
- Specified additional Coverage A: 25% or 50%
- One- to four-family owner-occupied dwellings: HO3
- One- to four-family tenant-occupied dwellings: DP3
- Seasonal/secondary dwellings acceptable: HO3 & HO6
- Long-term rental condominiums acceptable
- Dwellings built 1900 and newer
- Consideration for prior losses
- Increased Water Damage Limits:
- $75,000 and $100,000: HO6
- $75,000, $100,000, $300,000 and full coverage A limits: HO3 & DP3
- Program credits: Protective devices, renewal, tile roof (HO3 & DP3), mature homeowner (HO3 & HO6 primary residence), renovated home (HO3 & DP3), new purchase, guarded gate or limited community access (HO3)
- Difference in conditions coverage available
Target Market
- Standard to preferred homes / condominiums
- Older well-maintained dwellings with updates, pride of ownership must be evident
- Dwellings with low exposure to wildfire
- Coverage A limits between $300,000 – $2,000,000 for new business; up to $3,000,000 Coverage A for renewals
