Becky began her employment with Clear Risk Solutions (a Brown & Brown company) in 2002, working in Legal, Marketing, Risk Management, Insurance Operations and Underwriting during her tenure. In 2009, she was promoted to Director of Underwriting. In 2014, she became the Director of Business Development for all Clear Risk Solutions programs. At Brown & Brown, she has received numerous awards for underwriting achievement, customer service team leadership and programs and services mentor of the year.

Becky holds the following designations/licenses: Associate in Commercial Underwriting (AU), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Certified Programs Leader (CPL), WA/OR State Producer and Surplus Lines Brokers License and has completed the Association of Governmental Risk Pools (AGRIP) Pooling Administration program.
