Biography

As Chief Administrative Officer, Lisa Stahl leads a growing and talented team supporting Arrowhead Programs’ project and operational needs. Stahl’s team is available for Customer Service, Operations, Policy Processing, Surplus Lines Administration, Billing / Collections, Vendor Management, Compliance Business Systems Analysts and Project Management Support. She is an internal resource for Best Practices and Regulatory Compliance and assists in the creation of new programs, implementing new carriers to Arrowhead as new products roll out, and integrating new acquisitions in the Arrowhead Programs division.

Stahl joined Arrowhead in 1996 in the Underwriting Department of the Personal Auto Program, rising to the Assistant Vice President of Personal Lines Underwriting in 1998. In 2004, she joined the Commercial Division as the Vice President of Commercial Operations where she led the integration of the Commercial and Workers Compensation Operations teams including Policy Processing, Underwriting Support and Customer Service. Between 2013 and 2020 she was a leader in the integration and lift out of several programs from carrier partners. In 2023 she became the Chair of the Insurance Operations Improvement Committee for the Arrowhead Programs division of Brown & Brown.
